The Works are proud to be collaborating with this up and coming professional services company within the home moving arena. Based in central Leeds with a fantastic reputation in their market, they have over 400 employees in smart central offices. You can enjoy dress down Friday, free bar once a month and a more relaxed atmosphere than the usual Call Centre environment.

The candidate

Do you have enthusiasm, self motivation and a tenacious attitude to your work? Do you have an appetite to sell direct to customers? If so, this is a great opportunity and stepping stone for you to embark on a career within conveyancing.

You will posses a natural ability to communicate with customers and the ability to provide a first class customer experience in a sales environment.

The role

Proactively manage your own workload advising and selling impartial housing related services direct to customers over the telephone. Using your friendly personality to build confidence in your customers so they feel comfortable chatting to you.

Working hours are on a two week alternating rota.

Week 1 8:45am to 5:45pm
Week 2 11:00am to 8:00pm
1 Saturday in 4 and receive a day in lieu.

The essentials

Key to this role is your enthusiasm and self-motivation. You will be an exceptional communicator with a demonstrable track record in providing customer service in a business to end user environment.

You will be familiar with working in a targeted environment, be able to work under pressure prioritising your work load accordingly. You will be persuasive, intelligent and have an understanding of the housing market.
