Challenge

To source and recruit great people for a large number of temporary, fixed term contracts and permanent positions, to support business expansion and provide flexibile resource solutions for new initiatives and a wide range of improvement projects. They operate in a highly regulated enviroment where governance and compliance is crutial to all that they do and where detailed referencing of the applicants is key, however short or long the placement.

 Solution Implemented

The Works used its substantial pool of pre-qualified candidates, advertised in a non-disclosed method using website aggregate partners to attract candidates, as well as their database of over 200,000 passive candidates, to source the required talent. The skills required ranged from pensions administrators to data migration experts, HR resourcers to project coordinators, mortgage advisors to web editors. They also provided recruitment support and skills testing, assessment centre support with on.
