The Works Recruitment Launch Prestigious New Offices

September saw The Works Recruitment open their flagship office in style with an end of summer gathering at The Old Lock Keepers Cottages, Granary Wharf.

Sheffield musician Adam Pond set the musical agenda for the evening with a live acoustic set for guests as they toured the grade II listed building sampling champagne and Indian canapés.

The Works have been connecting job seekers with companies across Yorkshire and beyond since 1991, boasting a database of over 80,000 registered clients and placing over 9000 unemployed people into work.

Visitors embarked on a jaunt down the Leeds / Liverpool canal in the prestigious Welcome to Yorkshire sponsored barge visiting Brewery Wharf and Clarence Dock before returning to Granary Wharf.

MD Craig Burton said, “We’ve worked really hard to create a working environment our staff are proud and motivated to be a part of, we want people to be excited about working with us and visiting our offices.”
